The works comprised the conversion of an open plan office layout into multi-use spaces including 2 classrooms, offices, staff kitchen and toilet facilities.
Works were inclusive of all demolition works as well as, metal work, partitions, suspended ceilings, painting and joinery works. A massive component of this project was also a comprehensive electrical, hydraulic and mechanical upgrade.
In addition, all communications and audio visual works inclusive of interactive data points, speaker and touch screens were also undertaken. The works were completed over 7 weeks and 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
