About Us

In 2014, AWB directors Nick Stock and Graeme Kennedy joined together to create what was then called ‘Access Without Barriers’ an all-trades company which provided for disability access clients as the NDIS Scheme was rolled out across Australia.
From their extensive contact base in Perth, Western Australia, Nick and Graeme were approached for work in the facility services area and the company naturally progressed into a Facility Services provider. With our core focus still with Accessibility Modifications, we continue to work closely with a number of disability and aged care clients and get great joy from helping to improve the lives of many people in our community.
Today we are a 50 strong workforce with significant cultural diversity and talent across the board.

We employ a talented pool of registered builders and licensed contractors from all sectors including electricians, painters, plumbers and gas fitters.

Operating from our Burswood office, we undertake works across Western Australia.
