Encompassing our own in-house trades and contractors, AWB assists various clients across multiple industries with regular scheduled maintenance and asset management. We work with our clients to maximise the return on their asset spend through a detailed and systematic asset management strategy. Our goal is to drive asset performance by reducing breakdown and repair costs through regular planned maintenance.
We know this is easier said than done. AWB is unique however in that we manage the asset life cycle process whilst also carrying out the physical maintenance on your assets. By adopting this model we save our clients’ money and ensure constant clarity regarding asset performance at all times. AWB is confident we can deliver true cost savings for our clients through a methodical and detailed asset management approach specific to your business and facilities.
AWB also work with Facility and Asset Management companies to carry out scheduled maintenance on behalf of their respective clients. This includes carrying out regular routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, fire and mechanical assets utilising in-house trades and contractors. Such regular scheduled maintenance undertaken includes RCD, Emergency Light, Exit Light, Backflow, RPZD, Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket testing and servicing.
AWB has invested significantly in our management systems and processes, ensuring our clients always have access to maintenance plans and schedules. Our software allows our technicians to capture asset data in real time, giving our clients instant access to asset servicing and performance.
