In 2017 AWB Building Co. was engaged by the City of Stirling to undertake the External Painting to Karrinyup’s Sport Centre.
The scope of works included providing temporary fencing for the duration of the project, High pressure clean all external masonry walls and structural steel, paint all previously painted surfaces with specified paint (Dulux WeatherSheild), Paint all previous external masonry walls, paint down pipes, painting of metal gates in exterior coating, external painting of bollards and weather damaged drink fountains and match brick paving and replace pacing where necessary.
The project was delivered on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
