In November 2018, AWB CO. have signed a 3 year General Maintenance Contract with Scentre Group covering various trade categories including general building, painting, electrical, roofing, carpentry and plumbing.
Scentre Group owns and operates the pre-eminent shopping centre portfolio in Australia and New Zealand with retail real estate assets under management valued at $53.4 billion.
This comprises of 41 Westfield shopping centres, including Carousel, Innaloo and Whitford City in WA.
