AWB Building Co. was engaged by Serco to undertake a comprehensive demountable refurbishment to accommodate the new office space, a new kitchen and new toilet facilities. It also included works to the roof, handrails and painting.
All AWB employees and contractors had to undergo a strict induction process, which took place over a 3 week period. Each employee and contractor was screened and checked before they were allowed to work in the facility.
The program of works followed a strict timeline, with most of the works being completed out of hours and in lockdown areas. Works were completed on time, within budget and to the client’s specification. The client was pleased with the outcome and to date we have completed several other similar projects including toilet modifications, line marking, bollard upgrades etc.
