AWB Building Co. was awarded the contract to undertake roof and eave replacements as well as internal upgrades to the Lancelin Health Center.
Works comprised of a full roof ridge replacement, painting to purlins, gutters, eaves and sheet tails. Works also included internal upgrades to ceilings, walls and flooring as well as additional painting works. Works were completed on time and on budget, with no variations to the contract.
